My apartment is a converted attic apartment, located on the third floor of an old, historic Baker home. The home is 100+ years old and has been converted into a few apartments. I’m in the process of fully renovating the building. It's a work in progress with some quirks! You access this apartment via the back gate, through the backyard.
**STAIRS** This is a third-floor walk-up. You will need to walk up three flights of stairs to access the apartment. Please consider booking different accommodation if you believe you’ll have trouble navigating the stairs with your person or luggage. The first staircase is located outside, the second and third staircases are in our interior.
The apartment itself is a two-bedroom, one bath apartment. The kitchen and living room are their own, distinct rooms. The living room has a small dining area that can fit four people. There is a fold-out sofa to accommodate two extra guests with an additional fee. See below for more details.
I provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for you to use during your stay. I also provide free coffee (K-Cup Pods), sweeteners, and creamers for your morning (or evening) cup of Joe. The kitchen is stocked with the utensils and pots you need for basic cooking. We have bumping WIFI and a new 50" Roku television for internet-based tv. Just sign in to your Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBO GO, etc. and you're good to go!
The apartment sleeps four comfortably in the two bedrooms. I can accommodate up to six guests with the futon sofa in my living room. The sofa folds out like a futon to sleep two additional people. The sofa is full-size, not queen size. If the group is over four guests, I charge an additional $25 per day for each person. No pets allowed as my children are highly allergic. Thank you for understanding.
